Six things homeowners worry about, answered by homeowners.
Most people don't worry about the paint. They worry about the people. Here is what our customers said about each one.
Will the crew look and act like professionals?
"They show up, they have uniforms, they have names, they have professional vehicles. Not some Joe Blow coming in with a pickup with cans of paint rolling around in the back."
Will I feel comfortable with painters in my home?
"They were neat. They were on time. They were fun. We just felt like they were part of our family. Even my neighbors commented on how much they liked the guys."
Can I trust who's coming into my house?
"These guys were people that I would have no fear of trusting on the property."
Will I be kept in the loop?
"Every day they would tell us what they were going to do. At the end of the day they'd tell us what they accomplished and what their plan was for tomorrow."
Is it worth paying a little more?
"He told us they're pricey but they're good. And I told him, if it's good, it's not pricey."
Will my life be turned upside down for weeks?
"They would text us and let us know how long the jobs would last so that we could make our plans around their work."

Get three bids and you'll see three very different numbers. The difference is almost never the paint. It's the prep: the washing, scraping, caulking, priming and repairs that decide whether your paint lasts 3 years or 10.
We don't skip those steps, and every one of them is written into your estimate so you can see exactly what you're paying for. That's also why we can put a 3-year warranty behind the work.
We work with the paint brands you know:

"My name is David. I'm the owner of Pro Finish Custom Painting."
When you book an estimate, you deal with David, not a call center. Whatever you're thinking about painting, he'll listen first and tell you honestly what it takes.
"We are not perfect, but our team is amazing. If we make a mistake, we'll make it right, right away."

What happens at the on-site estimate?
We come to your home at the time you pick, walk the project with you, talk through colors and prep, and leave you with a printed estimate covering materials, labor, pricing and work specifications. No cost and no obligation. Prefer to talk first? Book a quick call instead.
How long after the estimate does painting begin?
Usually 1 to 4 weeks, once your colors and work specifications are confirmed and the contract is signed.
Can you repair drywall, stucco or rotten wood?
Yes. Our prep includes repairs for holes and cracks, and we fix stucco damage. Bigger repairs are written into your estimate so there are no surprises.
Can you help me pick colors?
Yes. We offer color consultation, and if you're in an HOA we'll check their color requirements so your choice gets approved the first time.
How do I get ready once I've signed?
Just put away glassware, breakables, small items and picture frames. Our painters protect and move furniture as needed.
How long does exterior paint last in Tucson?
Usually 5 to 10 years. Stucco lasts longer than wood, which expands and contracts in our heat. Don't wait until it's peeling badly: that means more prep and sometimes dry rot repair.
